Described as "the best food at any festival... ever" and patronised by the likes of Robert Plant, Yam the Cassava are set to return in 2010, offering three different Gumbo's each day, accompanied by very moreish fritters - and of course, everything made with the best organic ingredients.

Pan.De.Mania Stone Baked Pizzas

Seriously, stone-baked pizzas!! All fresh ingredients, yummy!

A full sized wood burning pizza oven might sound impossible in the middle of a field, but the result is proper Italian style, fresh pizzas that melt in your mouth. And even the wood in the stove is responsibly sourced, and of course all ingredients are local and organic.

The Fat Belly

Fresh and tasty, good value, big portions, made with love. Main meals, salads, cakes, teas coffee. Sit down cafe with a super friendly atmosphere. Freshly made with the finest organic ingredients. The Fat Belly is run as a co-operative and they plan to have an Anaerobic Digester on site which will provide energy and heat which will be used by the cafe. More details to follow!

The Cup Cake Ladies

The cup cake ladies will be around and about the site on guerilla cake selling missions - the picture shows the kind of weaponry they carry - be on the lookout for them at all times. The Cup Cakes Ladies can seriously damage your dental health - if you miss them around the site they will also be at the Tea Dance selling their wares and serving tea from vintage china tea services...

Water, water everywhere..

But at CNSP all of the Tap Water on site is actually pure welsh water - completely chlorine free!
